Kieran was a step-father to Michelle's oldest son, while she was a step mum to his two children from his relationship with Katie Price, who he married in January 2013.
Instead, Katie claimed that she was sent into a deep depression after her ex-husband Kieran - with who she shares two children - cheated on her with her former best friend of 25 years and her mental health spiralled from there.
The former couple happily posed with one another in front of a grand chandelier at a stunning hotel but one minor detail had people wondering whether Michelle was expecting their second child.
"The couple separated on good terms and remain close with their focus first on their son Apollo," a spokesperson for Kieran told The Sun.
Kieran and Michelle's split comes just weeks after he and Katie's other ex, Carl Woods, united to hit out at her appearance on a podcast.
