The incredible generosity by the movie star came after Instagram personality Quentin Quarantino direct messaged her to ask if she could help bring awareness to the cause, to which she replied yes and added that she wanted to do more - specifically donate $100K to those in need.
Kristen matched multiple fundraisers - ending up donating $100K to deserving individuals. Quentin, also known as Tommy Marcus, acknowledged that the healthcare system is broken, noting that the medical fundraisers have a 'sad element' - but that 'this is the system we are working with, and there are so many people who need help.'.
