Kyle Walker has shared his support for his wife Annie Kilner. Annie had been set to jet out to Italy with Kyle following his decision to join AC Milan, on loan from his duties at Manchester City. But the Sheffield-born beauty remained in the UK and it's now transpired that the former model was preparing to launch a new venture with one of her close friends. Earlier this week, Annie and her friend teased a new collaboration for Demure Diamond, with the social media bio for the brand reading: "Coming soon." Now, Walker, 34, has shown his support for his wife after the Mirror revealed that they were officially an item again.
The brand shared a teaser behind-the-scenes video of a photoshoot ahead of their launch, showing a string of items from the upcoming collection. Walker has since reshared the footage to his 5.5 million followers on Instagram. Earlier this week, Annie was seen without her wedding ring as she went about her day running errands in Cheshire. But although she didn't fly out to Milan with her husband due to Storm Éowyn, it's believed she still has plans to join her child sweetheart out in Italy. Speaking to The Sun, a source said: "Annie still expects to join him and says it's to keep the family together, but they are still very much heading towards a divorce. There are those around them that think the distance between them at the moment is the best thing all round. Kyle already seems a lot happier in Italy." There had been reports that Annie and Kyle had secretly rowed before his move but the Mirror understands that there was no raised tempers between them both.
Their move comes at a happier time for Annie and Kyle, who despite previously meeting divorce lawyers last year, have agreed to focus on their family and their four children. Cheshire sources close to the couple have revealed to the Mirror that any speculation that Annie was staying with Kyle for his finances are "nonsense.". Reports had claimed that Annie was considering staying with Kyle ahead of a possible move to AC Milan or a Saudi team due to the sheer amount of money he could earn. "Any suggestion that Annie is staying with Kyle for financial benefit is absolute nonsense and pure speculation," our source told us. They went on to add: "The couple are still navigating their relationship behind the scenes but will always come together to be there for their children who they both absolutely adore.
