A whole host of stars have started arriving for Linda Nolan's funeral following the tragic loss of the singer. The much-loved Nolan Sister sadly died last month at the age of 65, surrounded by her devoted siblings, including Loose Women star, Coleen Nolan. Linda's funeral service is being held today. It will begin at 10:30 a.m. at St Paul's Church – the same place where Linda exchanged vows with her "soulmate" husband, the late Brian Hudson, in the summer of 1981.

Ahead of the service, stars have begun arriving at the church, including Linda's beloved sister, Coleen. The Loose Women star smiled bravely as she made her way into the service, wearing a cropped fur jacket, which displayed a breast cancer ribbon. Coleen was later photographed wiping away tears as mourners continued to gather for the funeral service. Coleen spoke of her immense loss when Linda died, saying the star's siblings were at her beside as they said their goodbyes. Coleen expressed heartbreak over the loss of her sister Linda Nolan, describing her as a "beacon of love, kindness, and strength".

Linda's other sisters, Anne, Maureen and Denise Nolan, were also seen arriving at the church today following the family's tragic loss. Denise read out a touching eulogy to her sister during the service, in which she said so many friends adored her. Describing her sister’s cancer diagnosis, Denise told the church: “She said the hair loss was the worst thing for her.”. She said the diagnosis, along with losing her husband Brian and sister Bernie, could have “destroyed” a lesser person and added: “Not Linda, instead she chose to help raise millions for cancer research.” She said her sister showed “courage in the face of adversity”. Denise said: “It’s time to rest now Linda. The battle is over. You are free.” A recording of Linda singing When It’s Over was played after the eulogy.

Coleen's ex-husband, Shane Ritchie also paid his respects to Linda today. Wearing dark glasses and wrapped up against the cold in a black woollen coat, the TV host cut a sombre figure as he made his way into the church. Also seen outside the church in Blackpool, was So Solid Crew star, Lisa Maffia, who starred in the Full Monty on ITV to boost awareness of the importance of early health checks in preventing women’s cancers, along with Linda's sister Coleen. Paying tribute to both Nolan sisters, Lisa said: "I did the full Monty with Coleen and we connected through that. She was one of those angels who always gave me prompts to be happy and smile. She was just a very positive person.".

Lisa added: "My mum is a cancer survivor, and without a positive attitude cancer can take over. Linda faced it for so long and what got her through it was loving the life she was given. We should all take a leaf out of her book.". Joining Shane and Lisa was comedian, Tommy Cannon, best known as part of the comic double act, Cannon and Ball. The showbiz veteran looked stoic as he made his way inside the church to the pay his respects to the popular star.

Fellow comic, Paul Chuckle, real name Paul Elliott, was also amongst the mourners in Blackpool today. The Chuckle Brothers were an English comedy double comprising real-life brothers Barry Elliott, who sadly died in 2018 and Paul. The comedian from Rotherham, was dressed smartly for Linda's funeral, sporting a black suit, tie and dark glasses as he made his way into the church. Joining Paul was daughter of iconic comedian, Les Dawson, Charlotte. The pregnant reality star, who is expecting her third child imminently, wore a black woollen dress and cape with gold buttons as she joined the other mourners in paying their respects for the much-loved star.

Speaking before the funeral service, Charlotte Dawson told PA of Linda: "She touched so many hearts and she’s just fabulous. I’m in full glam for you Linda’ because she’d love me in full glam. "The sun is shining for her and she’s just such an amazing person. She just lit up every room she walked into." She added: "We just used to have so many different memories, travelling all around the country, having a laugh and just getting up to mischief. That was our favourite thing to do.".

Also at the funeral, was English actress and singer, Jodie Prenger. Best known for starring in the BBC talent show, I'd Do Anything, Jodie was seen making her way inside the church ahead of the funeral service. With all the guests gathered, Coleen's son's Shane Junior and Jake arrived as pallbearers, helping to carry Linda's coffin into the church as the heartbreaking funeral service began. Knowing just how much the singer, actress and Mirror columnist meant to so many, Linda's close-knit siblings have encouraged fans to show out in full force, noting that "everyone who knew Linda, or whose lives she touched, are welcome to come and pay their respects".
