Love Island's Curtis ‘wanted to get picked by Danielle’ as true Ekin-Su feelings revealed

Fans of Love Island watched on as former power couple Curtis Pritchard and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu were dramatically split. Bombshell Danielle controversially picked Curtis after previously having a positive night in the Hideaway. Her initial pick caused Curtis and Ekin to fall out, with fans baffled by their rollercoaster argument prior to Danielle making her recoupling decision. Ekin-Su had told her man she felt betrayed by his flirty antics with the latest blonde bombshell. While he was chatting to the newcomer, Ekin-Su broke down crying and was comforted by her close pal Luca as she said: "Help me." She also pleaded with him to tell her what she did wrong that made him pull away from her.
She was shocked as Luca informed her that Curtis felt like she wasn't being her authentic self, but things heated up further by Danielle's decision. And now, a body language expert has claimed Curtis' actions proved he has "zero interest" in Ekin-Su. Body language and behavioural expert Darren Stanton said Curtis and Ekin-Su's argument appeared "inauthentic". "When he brought up about his mum, his tone gets deeper and his head tilts to the left - this is a sign of creating distance, he’s unaware that he’s unconsciously creating this separation. His body is tilted away from Ekin and his hands are interlocked, which is a red flag. It suggests rather than opening up to Ekin in a bid to bring her closer to him, he’s standoffish and creating distance - another sign hinting he has no interest in her romantically.".
He continued: "From his body language it doesn’t seem as if Curtis is actually into Ekin-Su. Curtis already knew Danielle was going to pick him, it feels quite contrived. When he’s picked, we see Curtis smiling - this is an example of duping delight, that inner elation when you feel as if you’ve got away with something or puts you ahead. It’s an unconscious smile that can give away your inner emotion.
"With Ekin-Su we saw a lot of emotion and we saw flashes of contempt across her face. Her look was something of daggers, she feels totally betrayed by Curtis.". Ekin-Su, 30, and Curtis, 28, had been coupled-up on All Stars for almost two weeks. They had been growing close since her arrival as a bombshell at the end of the launch episode and both suggested last week that they were "closed off".
