Ekin-Su Culculoglu is set to make an explosive entrance on Love Island: All Stars. Speculation has been rife about the former winner making an appearance on this year's series. Now sources say there are plans in place for the 30-year-old to be dropped into the South African villa in tomorrow night’s opening episode. An insider said: “A huge entrance is planned for Ekin-Su. She’s one of the biggest stars from previous series so it’s only right she gets an entrance worthy of that. It’s been kept under wraps and it's hoped her sudden appearance will ruffle some feathers and add further drama to the show.”.
Actress and model Ekin-Su and Italian Davide Sanclimenti, 29, won the £50,000 Love Island prize in 2022. The couple were dogged by cheating accusations which eventually led to their split in 2023. The two reconciled shortly after, but split for good in January last year.
One of the show's most successful contestants, Ekin-Su won fans over with some iconic moments, like when she crawled across the terrace to sneak a kiss from new bombshell Jay Younger. A Love Island spokesperson: “Viewers will see our 12 All Star Islanders enter the Villa in Monday’s launch episode. As for what happens after that, stay tuned…”.
Executive producer Mike Spencer teased a big twist for the first episode that had never been done before. ”We have a brand new opener,” he said. “Maya doesn’t even know what’s going to happen. It’s a really exciting and totally new way of starting the series. There will be lots of new things in episode one and it will feel very different to Love Island or All Stars. There will be tons of twists and turns planned.”.
