While there is no suggestion that there is any significant dressing room discontent, a new report from The Mail claims that some players have spoken about 'whether a change of plan' that would be better suited to their style would benefit the team moving forward.
The report comes just one week after Gary Neville questioned whether Amorim was getting his ideas across to United's beleaguered squad in the wake of recent displays.
They are still in the FA Cup - where they will face Fulham in the fifth round - and the Europa League, but scrutiny is likely to grow over the coming weeks if United are unable to lift themselves away from the bottom half of the Premier League table.
