Matthew Perry's old house has survived the Pacific Palisades fire as the devastation in LA continues. The Friends star tragically died at the property in October 2023, and new images reveal the fire appears to have surrounded the property leaving the pool full of dirt.
The new owner of the property, Anita Verma-Lallian, who purchased the property in an off-market deal in October 2024, confirmed that the late Friends star's residence was still standing due to the heroic actions of their community. 'We want to express our deepest gratitude to the brave firefighters, our amazing neighbors, and the entire Palisades community for their help, strength, and support during this heartbreaking time,' Verma-Lallian wrote in an Instagram post on Friday.
Verma-Lallian also confirmed to People that her realtor, Brooke Elliott Laurinkus, 'helped to monitor the home and protect it from any fires amid the natural disaster.'. In her caption, she thanked Laurinkus for 'keeping us updated on everything happening' and also 'assisting anyone in need of a temporary home during this time.'.
