Meghan Markle has spoken out for the first time since relaunching her Instagram account. The Duchess of Sussex made the huge move to open up her social media account following years away. She returned with the simple handle, 'meghan', and one singular post, a video reel of her running on the beach. However, Meghan has since uploaded a new clip, where she made a big career announcement.
She said: "I have been so excited to share this with you! I hope you love the show as much as I loved making it. Wishing you all a fantastic new year! Thanks to our amazing crew and the team @netflix. Beyond grateful for the support - and fun! As ever, Meghan." Meghan confirmed she will be hosting a new cooking show for Netflix titled, With Love Meghan.
In a clip for the new show, Meghan could be seen in her stunning Californian home as she cooked alongside her pals. Guests include Roy Choi, Mindy Kaling, Alice Waters, with additional acclaimed chefs and special friends. The series will launch on 15th January with eight episodes and gives fans a glimpse into her new life with Prince Harry.
A teaser for the series says: "This inspiring series, produced by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, reimagines the genre of lifestyle programming, blending practical how-to’s and candid conversation with friends, new and old. Meghan shares personal tips and tricks, embracing playfulness over perfection and highlights how easy it can be to create beauty, even in the unexpected. She and her guests roll up their sleeves in the kitchen, the garden, and beyond, and invite you to do the same.".
