Campbell Scott, 58, arrived in the Kenyan capital of Nairobi for a business trip on February 15, and was reported missing a day later.
Campbell Scott, 58, was attending a conference in the capital when he was last seen by colleagues on February 16.
His body was later found bound with rope and stuffed into a sack in a forest around 60 miles outside of Nairobi, the BBC reports.
A body was eventually discovered inside a sack by a cattle herder on Saturday, which was later confirmed to be Mr Scott.
