Taking to TikTok, she said: “I have created the perfect December tanning schedule, step by step, what days you need to be doing what to keep your tan up the whole way through Christmas Eve, all the way through to 2025.”. Demi recommends that fake tanners should start the process on Monday 23 December where she says to do the full body tan using St Moriz Professional One Hour Fast Mousse, which costs £3.99 from Amazon.
