Liam Payne's fans have spotted a clue that the singer's Instagram account has possibly been logged into three months after his tragic death. The late One Direction singer tragically fell to his death aged just 31 in October, 2024. He fell from the third floor of a hotel. An autopsy ruled that Liam had died instantly after his fall which caused "multiple traumatic injuries" and subsequently led to "internal and external haemorrhage.

Following his death, Argentinian authorities removed a mobile phone and a laptop from the singer's hotel room as part of their investigation. However, eagled-eyed fans have claimed his mobile phone may have returned to his family after spotting a clue on his Instagram account.

Over a screenshot of Liam's 'about this account' page, a TikTok user wrote: "Liam's account has been logged into within the last few days, as it is no longer based in Argentina." On the page, details like when the singer joined the social media platform and what country the account is based in is shown.

It now says that the account is based in the United Kingdom. However, it has not yet been revealed whether Liam's electronic devices and social media accounts have been returned to his family. Meanwhile, the five men charged after his third-floor balcony fall are currently gearing up for a key appeal date.

The five people's lawyers will attempt to overturn judge Laura Bruniard's decision to formally accuse them and pave the way for a bombshell trial later this year. And the attorneys for the two suspects charged with selling the singer cocaine before his drink and drug-fuelled fall, and facing up to 15 years in prison if convicted, are expected to contest their pre-trial incarceration which took effect following their arrests earlier this month.
