Netflix has done it again. After the success of Selling Sunset – where glam realtors sell multi-million dollar LA homes – the streamer has set its sights on a number of different branches of the franchise. Having subsequently released Selling the OC and Selling Tampa, the cameras have arrived in New York to follow some explosive drama and new lip gloss-wearing estate agents.
Fans are raving about the show online, with @cgothis saying: ‘This entire cast has outdressed in one season all seasons of Selling Sunset and Selling The OC combined.’. @alloveranthony added: ‘If you aren’t watching #SellingTheCity, you’re missing out. The last 2 minutes of season 1 are insane and some of the best tv I’ve seen in a long time.’.
‘Alright, netflix.. yall done did it again. I’m hooked,’ wrote @cripsynotcrispy, as @jaydouglas__98 said: ‘Just finished season one of #SellingTheCity and I am gagged, this franchise stays being my favourite thing ever.’. @fodenfilter said: ‘Eleanora is probably the first Netflix reality tv protagonist that I like. Just a genuine, good person, crushing it at what she does. Yet the show still remains entertaining. This has the potential to be the best selling sunset franchise.’.
Meanwhile, @_palmviews wrote: ‘I need a season 2 of Selling The City IMMEDIATELY.’. The reality TV show follows realtors in New York City working at Douglas Elliman (DE), as top agent Eleonora Srugo forms her own team after closing a whopping $75 million deal.
