Community Fibre has acknowledged the “disruption to its service.” Writing on its network status page, the company said: “Our engineers are aware of this issue and working on a solution as their top priority.
Community Fibre is a London-based internet service provider that builds, owns, and operates its own dedicated full-fibre optic network, delivering high-speed broadband directly to homes (known as fibre-to the-premises).
“I can’t use the internet and can’t get through to either their sales or their customer service number!,” said a user on X (formerly Twitter).
Thousands of Community Fibre users are reporting problems with their internet service.
