Ruby Allen’s (Louisa Lytton) jealousy towards Martin Fowler (James Bye) and Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) is about to reach new heights in EastEnders as she catches the former couple together. When Ruby returned to Walford, Martin learnt their son Roman was unwell and in hospital. As he spent time with them, Martin reconnected with Ruby.

This, coupled with Martin’s very generous organ donation, saw him reunite with his former flame. To other Albert Square residents, they are a vision of happiness but inside, Ruby cannot shake her insecurities away as Stacey remains Martin’s close friend.
In upcoming episodes, Martin remains cold with Ruby following her interaction with Councillor Barker. In a bid to prove him wrong, Ruby decides to find Barker and tries to put things right.
