A series that boasts a perfect score on website Rotten Tomatoes has viewers binging every single season 'until 3am'. All episodes of comedy Somebody, Somewhere is available to stream for viewers who have access to the channel Sky Comedy as part of their television package with the supplier. Alternatively, it can be streamed if you have an Entertainment Pass on Sky's streaming platform NOW. It seems to be a hidden gem but viewers simply can't stop watching and recommending it when they do discover it.

The show follows Sam, played by comedian Bridget Everett, who has returned home to help care for a terminally ill relative. However, the show picks up after the death of her sister and sees her trying to pick up her life afterwards. She has to face up to long term issues her parents keep trying to avoid as well as repairing her relationship with her other sibling, Tricia. However, she starts to become friends with a colleague, Joel, who invites her to a special event at as his church where Sam is able to finally find herself and her people.

While the first episodes premiered back in 2022, the third series was released last year and confirmed to be the show's conclusion. Remarkably, all three seasons of the show have a perfect score of 100% on Rotten Tomatoes as each have gained a significant amount of praise from critics. The show even picked up a prestigious Peabody Award, which celebrate excellence in quality storytelling. Many viewers have a similar experience once they come across the show and that they can't stop watching or help falling in love with it. One person said: ""At first I wasn't sure about this show, as it just isn't my genre but I love Bridget Everett so I gave it a try. Then I finished the first episode, and the second and the third and next thing I knew I realised I was watching until 3am and season one was over.

TV lovers can now get Sky TV, Netflix and Discovery+ for £15 per month with the new Essential TV bundle. This delivers live and on-demand TV without a satellite dish or aerial and includes hit shows like The Day of the Jackal and the upcoming second season of Squid Game. "Sam is a tough, strong woman, but deep down she's sensitive and runs away from her problems, like so many of us. but she meets Joel (who remembers her from high school) and he's teaching her to stay in the moment and embrace her troubles head on. Sam and Joel's friendship is so sweet, special, & honest. This show is what I needed in my life right now.".

Another added: "What a gem of a show! Honestly, this show took me by surprise. In so many ways, it is a commentary of friendship, community, and family and the ways that people grow and evolve together.". One fan claimed that the show shares similarities with hit Netflix comedy Schitt's Creek. They said: "I feel like I’m watching friends just hanging out and I’ve been asked to come along. I really hadn’t thought of watching this amazing show but after reading a recent review that said this show was similar to Schitt's Creek, a show I really enjoyed, I thought let’s give it a shot. And I’m so glad I did.

"Like Schitt's Creek, the series takes place in a small town filled with some very interesting characters. But this series has its on rhythm that makes it unique and different from Schitt's Creek and so many other shows currently on the air. I love it when a show reminds us that we’re all the same in different ways. We want to be happy, to be loved, to belong. The writing and the actors have created these special moments where you’ll be laughing out loud, just before you start to cry.".

One person recognised that the makers of the show explained the series is quite different from other typical comedies on television. Both on the starring cast and the scenes included. They noted: "This show is so good. It's extremely simple in many ways (no huge plots, no crazy drama), but it's very funny, lifelike, and affecting.". They continued: "I heard Bridgett Everett say that in this show all of the big plot points happen off-screen and the show is all of the rest of the transitionary scenes you wouldn't typically see on a TV show (people having conversations, driving, sitting on the toilet, just hanging out with each other living life.) It sounds weird but it really works. It feels like you're eavesdropping on someone else's life. Bridgett Everett and Jeff Hiller are excellent.".
