Stacey Solomon has reportedly urged her partner, Joe Swash, to become more organised at home as they embark on a new year. This call for greater teamwork comes shortly after the couple announced a new TV documentary series focusing on their life with their five children. Known for her decluttering expertise from her show Sort Your Life Out, Stacey expects Joe to follow her lead in maintaining their home, Pickle Cottage, in an orderly manner.
With their busy lives managing multiple jobs, animals, and children, Stacey is determined to reduce unnecessary stress by organising their space and life. She believes that a clean and orderly home helps to reduce anxiety and feeling overwhelmed. Their new commitment aims to ensure stability and order for their family, focusing on Joe's participation in this process.
A source claimed the Loose Women star is a believer that 'a messy house creates a messy mind'. They claimed: "She finds herself completely overwhelmed and anxious if things aren’t in order. She’s been ruthless this year at Pickle Cottage, completely decluttering the house from top to bottom. She’s been hoping that Joe will follow her lead and start trying to sort his life out at home, too.".
The source told Closer that seeing his things lying around the bedroom 'can drive her mad'. Stacey, who recently hinted at "big changes she's always dreamed of," is now reportedly taking a firm stance to encourage Joe to "get his act together," the source revealed.
The source says she 'does a lot for him' but is going to 'put a foot down' in 2025 and 'tell him to get his act together' when it comes to cleaning the house and organising his personal things. The Mirror have reached out to Stacey's reps for comment. This comes after the couple announced they will be letting cameras into their family life, as part of a new TV series coming to screens in 2025.
