Strictly's live tour has been dealt another blow after a second star was forced to pull out. It comes after Wynne Evans was axed from the tour after he was caught making a sexual remark about a co-star during the tour launch. He had apologised for the comment, yet he was reportedly let go from the show. And now, Vito Coppola has been forced to quit the tour after beginning to struggle with a prior injury again. Taking to Instagram, he shared videos of himself performing with celebrity partner Sarah Hadland and referenced their best moments.

He went on to say that he would "keep cheering" for everyone and that he would come to watch whenever he could. He wrote in a sad statement: "This is the way I would like to remember this tour Trilly. Even though I won’t be able to be with you on the Strictly Arena Tour, we had the chance to dance one more time together and it has been as always super beautiful and memorable. "Let’s always see the glass half full and to stay, keep and spread positivity. We have closed the circle of our journey Trilly and I am glad that we have lifted the trophy together. Team Tiramisu for one last time.

"I will keep following you and cheering for you, as always and I will come to watch the show every single time I can, so don’t worry, you won’t get rid of me. I promised you that I will take more care of me and my body and I want you to promise me that you will always stay the same enthusiastic, super active, smiling and jumpy person I have met few months ago, before this incredible experience started… keep shining Trilly, you are full of life.

"You are a beautiful person, an amazing woman and the best mom. You know that I Mean It!!! Love you tiny little Trilly. Good luck to everyone and don’t have too much fun without me jokiiiing…Have the best time and Enjoyyyyy. "Thanks to you all beautiful people, for the support, for the lovely messages and for everything you constantly do for me. You make me feel loved and warmly welcomed. Keep Danciiiiiiing.".

He then went on to give an update on his health, explaining that his recovery was going "well" and that he was giving his best to be back "soon and stronger. Vito continued: "Even though I am not able to lift and dance full out during an entire show, the recovery is going well and I am giving my best in order to be back soon and stronger!!!. "In the meantime I will see everyone in Manchester, Nottingham and London, as I will be present for the “dance with us” @dancewithshirleyandvito classes.".

Heartbroken fans took to the comments to share their sadness that he wouldn't be part of the rest of the tour. One commented: "Will you definitely be there for the Dance With Us in Manchester? So gutted you won’t be on the tour :(." While another commented: "Love you Vito! Here’s to a speedy recovery.". It comes after the Mirror revealed yesterday that GoCompare star Wynne fears his career could be over as friends admitted he was "in a bad way". It comes as he is said to be bracing himself for more examples of his “inappropriate” comments to emerge.

A freind of the BBC Radio star said: “At the end of the day, he has been a bit of an oaf and made a stupid mistake but does he deserve such hatred? Yes, using the term spit-roast was absolutely wrong, and he realises this. His problem is that he is a joker and he continually wants to play to the crowd.". Speaking about being caught on camera using the word "spit-roast" as part of a Strictly photocall, the pal added: "Jamie Borthwick is his mate and he was laughing and joking, and Katya plays along with the joke too. It’s just schoolboy comedy. He is more Jim Davidson than Peter Kay, and if anything, is more guilty of having a terrible sense of humour.”.
