As the third season of The Traitors nears a thrilling conclusion, former contestants on the show have theorised what could happen to villainous contestant Charlotte in order for her to scoop the cash prize. For the three weeks, fans of the hit BBC show have watched 25 contestants get whittled down to five as various traitors have been caught out and innocent faithfuls have either been killed off or sent home in error. On Thursday night, viewers learned of a huge twist for the third season - as one contestant was crowned The Seer.
This meant they were given the power to question another contestants - who would be forced to confess to them if they are a traitor or not. Charlotte is the only contestant left that is a traitor with the other four player all faithfuls - while Francesca was made the first ever Seer of the show.
Former contestants have been appearing on the companion show The Traitors: Uncloaked, hosted by adorable comedian Ed Gamble - and they have questioned whether Charlotte could pull a huge power move in order to secure the prize fund all to herself. The 32-year-old business director from Hampshire could use the fact that she has been using a fake Welsh accent throughout the contest to her advantage.
Speaking on Uncloaked, season two contestant Diane said: "Charlotte has been particularly unlucky because she went in with a false Welsh accent. Elen [who was banished in episode 2] was Welsh. Now she thinks she’s got it and the Seer for the other four or however many were left have all called up Charlotte. It’s been quite unlucky for Charlotte, to be fair, really.".
