Earlier in the day, the star was notably spotted grabbing a lonely lunch while at a McDonald's drive-thru during a solo outing.

The group was seen exiting the restaurant after its closing hours and hugged while saying goodbye before parting ways. Selleck seemingly carried a gift box in his hand, and later sweetly held hands with his wife as the couple strolled to a parked car before heading to their next destination. The star was stylishly casual for the special evening, and sported a pair of classic denim jeans as well as a dark red button up.

During an interview with People last year, Selleck opened up about his long-lasting marriage to Jillie and expressed that he adored their 'friendship' and his wife's 'sense of humor.'.

The star has relocated to his ranch located in Ventura County with Jillie - and would visit the residence every two weeks while filming the CBS police drama, Blue Bloods. The dinner comes just hours after the Magnum, P.I. alum was seen going through a drive-thru at McDonalds and ate in his car while nibbling on the fast food. At one point, Selleck was seen flashing a smile as he placed his order and donned a black, zipped jacket for the daytime excursion.

Selleck expressed his interest in reprising his character of Frank Reagan in a Blue Bloods spin-off, but an offer has yet to take place. 'I'm open to suggestions because I love Frank Reagan, but nobody's really asked,' the star shared to the outlet. 'I'm trying not to count. I stopped celebrating birthdays a while back. I intend to keep working,' Selleck explained; seen in May 2024 in NYC. 'I don't see him retiring and going off somewhere. If he goes off to a small town, I'd rather do more Jesse Stone movies.'.

In regards to the sudden cancellation of Blue Bloods, Tom admitted to TV Insider that he had been 'frustrated' due to there being more of the story to tell. 'I'm kind of frustrated. During those last eight shows, I haven't wanted to talk about an ending for Blue Bloods but about it still being wildly successful.'. He added, 'In a Top 100 Shows of 2023-2024 (in total viewers, we were number 9 out of 100), if you discount the three football shows, we're #6!'.
