Vanessa Feltz has opened up on her regret over taking back her cheating ex Ben Ofoedu as he made a bombshell claim. The couple's relationship lasted 16-years until it dramatically collapsed in 2023 when it was claimed the Phats & Small hitmaker, 52, had cheated on the 62-year-old TV star. Vanessa has since been on E4 show Celebs Go Dating and despite not finding love with the experts help, she is not giving up hope.

The This Morning guest decided to turn to dating apps in an effort to find her 'Prince Charming', but so far has been unsuccessful. Since their split, Vanessa has made a series of digs at Ben as she shared her heartbreak. In her latest swipe, Vanessa hit out at Ben while discussing Love Island All Stars. She decided to draw parallels with her own past when talking about if Harriet Blackmore should forgive former partner Ronnie Vint for his philandering. "Should Harriet forgive Ronnie? Should you ever forgive a cheater?," she asked on her Youtube channel. "He'll break your heart again.

"So listen Harriet, please. This is Vanessa Feltz talking to you Harriet. And I'm somebody who famously did take back a cheat. That was in 2017." She continued: "It was a sort of Ronnie-Vint-Harriet situation where you kind of still love them and you kind of hope they're telling the truth and you sort of believe all the sorrow and the protestations and you don't want to be on your own, you've been together for a long time and all that sort of stuff.

"So I did and I deeply, deeply regret it. It was a hell of a mistake and I wasted well from 2017 to 2022, a really long time. Five years of my life I'm never going to get back.". Last year, Vanessa released her book Vanessa Bares All where she opened up on her broken relationships. Asked ahead of the autobiography hitting shops, Vanessa claimed she didn't fear a reaction from ex Ben over her stories, quipping: "I don’t think he can read.".

Ben has now given his side and insisted: "We haven’t made peace, and I don’t speak to her." The singer, who is now dating 29-year-old Vanessa Lana Brown, continued: "She wrote some terrible things about me in her book, and I felt there was no need for it." Ben added to the MailOnline : "I just think Vanessa Feltz has done it in incredibly bad taste, and with no class at all. "I would rather not have anything to do with her. We were together for 17 years and the way she spoke about me in her book just shows me I’m incredibly glad not to be in her life any more." In her memoir, Vanessa sarcastically refers to her ex-husband, orthopaedic surgeon Michael Kurer, with whom she has two daughters, as the ‘Good Doctor’ and to her other significant ex, singer Ben Ofoedu, as ‘One Hit Wonder’, OHW for short.

Vanessa has had some disastrous dates since she split from Ben and is praying that she finds true love again. "I just want somebody nice. I’m not asking for miracles, but they’ve got to be a bit attractive," she said. "There has to be chemistry and fun. I’m not in despair or abject panic, but it would be very nice.". More than 20 months on from their split, Vanessa confessed to going out every night. She revealed: “I’ve been out every single night since and this is now 20 months. What’s that? 600 nights? And I’m still doing it," the radio presenter declared. I am exhausted. Of the whole 600 nights, or however many it is, I’ve possibly stayed in two or maybe three, maximum.
