Jane Proctor purchased three beers on Monday, December 23, from B&M at Western Avenue Retail Park in Cardiff.
On Boxing Day, Miss Proctor returned to B&M and was horrified to find the out of date beers were still available to buy.
Jane Proctor bought her partner Huw John a bottle of pale ale as a Christmas treat.
