The video showed her spending time with her husband, Prince William, and their three children, as she said her focus was on "staying cancer free".
The royal couple posted an image of themselves dressed casually, holding hands, and sitting on a blanket in the woods, as William kisses Kate on the cheek.
The picture is a still taken from the video released last September when the Princess of Wales announced her cancer treatment had ended.
It comes after, over the last year, Kate has undergone abdominal surgery, been diagnosed with cancer and faced chemotherapy treatment.
William said in their engagement interview: "Obviously we both have a very fun time together, both have a very good sense of humour about things.
