Aldi releases £7 perfume that people say smells like Gucci for Valentine's Day

The latest Aldi special product could help fool people into thinking their perfume was Gucci quality worth over £130. But, in reality, it costs less than £10 in the supermarket's middle aisle. Aldi's Lacura beauty brand is expanding to include three botanical fragrances inspired by the highly expensive Gucci Flora range. Launching just in time for spring and Valentine's Day, and priced at £6.99 each, the luxurious perfumes offer a trio of Italian-inspired floral scents.
A 100ml bottle of the designer scent could set shoppers back £135, making Aldi an incredibly affordable alternative. The three scents are Blush Bouquet,Meadow Bouquet andSpring Bouquet. The Blush Bouquet Eau de Parfum (100ml) blends delicate Pear Blossom with the 'tangy sweetness' of red berries and Italian mandarin. It gains its 'lush' floral scent from gardenia, jasmine, and frangipani is grounded by the 'earthy richness' of patchouli.
The Meadow variety (100ml) uses Italian mandarin and bergamot balanced with a touch of black pepper. A 'captivating' bouquet of jasmine, jasmine sambac, magnolia, and damask rose blossoms, while the rich warmth of Australian sandalwood, benzoin, and patchouli creates a 'lingering allure'. Finally, the Spring Bouquet (100ml) captures the 'delicate floral sweetness' of the vanilla orchid, enhanced by a touch of airy freshness. A warm, comforting base of vanilla completes the 'unforgettable' scent.
On TikTok, the £6.99 perfumes have already impressed many shoppers. In the comments section of one video, TikToker Jadesummers25 said: "Theyre gucci floral ones." GemmaTse added: "No one seems to know about them I got Blush today and they had boxes of all 3 in my local store and if you Google them nothing comes up, but blush smell identical to my gucci flower.". And, the new scents aren't going to be alone in the middle aisle. Joining the Gucci-inspired scents are some Aldi’s returning fan favourites inspired by Prada, YSL, Tom Ford and Giorgio Armani.
