In an attempt to share his side of the story, Baldoni, who is seeking to offer transparency to the public amid his legal battle, shared a website containing his amended complaint and a timeline of relevant events related to the case.

And the website included a timeline which alleged that Lively made a 'veiled threat' having to do with singer Taylor if she did not get her way. According to Baldoni, Lively threatened to withhold approval of the It Ends With Us trailer if she did not get extra time working on a cut of the movie with her own personal editor. Baldoni claimed Lively threatened to 'change her mind' about reaching out to pal Taylor to secure the use of her hit 2020 track My Tears Ricochet.

As evidence, an alleged text exchange with a Sony executive was included and read as followed:. 'Blake is calling Taylor to approve the song. She of course just reached out saying she is asking for time with [REDACTED] her editor. We know it was conditional on signing contract – but asking if you will reconsider – so [REDACTED] can release this trailer and Blake does not change her me re calling Taylor Swift.'.

Baldoni noted that they agreed to her demands in order to move forward as planned. The exchange allegedly took place in May 2024. MailOnline have contacted both Taylor Swift and Blake Lively's representatives for comment. It comes days after DailyMail.com revealed that Taylor has taken a step back from her friendship with Blake after feeling like she was used as an 'intimidation tactic' by the actress in the lawsuit she never wanted to be embroiled in.

She was pictured arriving at Swift's Rhode Island property, taking solace at the $17 million, eight bedroom estate alongside her husband Reynolds, to escape the frenzy. The decision to publish the website on Saturday comes after Baldoni amended his $400 million suit accusing Lively of giving The New York Times advance access to her sexual harassment complaint. Baldoni attorney, Bryan Freedman, told DailyMail.com that Baldoni's amended his lawsuit due 'to the overwhelming amount of new proof that has come to light.'.
