A Love Island contestant has reportedly quit the All Stars villa following the latest recoupling. Scott Thomas, 36, is said to have decided to leave the ITV2 show after struggling to develop a romance in the villa in South Africa. He's been coupled-up with Tina Stinnes, 29, but has expressed some doubts in recent episodes. The pair - who first met on Love Island in 2016 - appeared to grow close following Tina's arrival as a bombshell just days in the second series of All Stars. Scott had previously been coupled-up with India Reynolds, who ended up being dumped from the villa when Tina chose to 'steal' him in a recoupling.

It's now been reported that Scott has decided to leave the villa as he didn't want to "force" a connection or waste Tina's time amid his doubts about their romance. A source told the Sun: "After taking some time out with the dedicated Love Island welfare team, Scott decided that the best thing he could do for himself was to remove himself from the situation. He's done so much work over recent years on self-love and he didn't want to force a connection for the sake of it.".

The outlet reports that his doubts continued to grow in recent days and the news of his departure is said to have left "islanders in tears". Whilst the source further stated that since it came to light through a game of truth or dare that Scott was uncertain about their romance, he has "struggled to feel free" in the situation and "push past his doubts". They said that on Friday night's show fans will see him continue to deal with things before a recoupling.

It's claimed by the source that Scott was "unable" to move past the feeling that Tina "wasn't right for him". They added that his "biggest priority" was not "wasting her precious time" in the villa. The source then said that Scott knows it's a "big opportunity" for her and wouldn't want to "ruin" that. Scott and Tina have been coupled-up in recent episodes, though she had become aware of his doubts. Things came to a head during a game of truth or dare previously, where Tina learned about how Scott was feeling from co-star Luca Bish.

Scott had previously told Luca and some other islanders that he had doubts. As previously reported, he said: "I dunno where I am… something's stressing me out a little bit… when she's in the garden I'm not wanting to rush over… this girl is so good for me and the fact I'm not buzzing p****s me off." He had suggested that his feelings needed to be brought to Tina by himself though. There was later tension between Scott and Luca during the truth or dare game over their actions in it. At one point, Luca was asked to identify who he thought was in the villa for fame. He chose Scott and as part of his reasoning said: "I think he wants to get far in here. And that's why you're with Tina and you're not feeling it now." Tina ended up in tears over the situation.

Following the drama, Scott spoke to Tina and explained: "I just don't know if I'm fully in it." The pair have continued to spend time together in the villa, and shared a few kisses, and Scott said that he was "so relieved" that she was saved from the latest dumping.
