Love Island fans have ‘worked out’ the reason Scott Thomas has been ‘pushing’ his partner Tina Stinnes away. Scott and Tina first met while in the second series of the ITV2 show, however, failed to pursue anything as Scott was with his now ex, Kady McDermott. However, the couple began getting on like a house on fire when the Made in Chelsea star came in as a bombshell.
Despite this, Scott recently told the boys he wasn’t sure of his coupling with Tina, questioning ‘whether she was the one’. In true Love Island style, the revelations came out during a dramatic feud between Luca Bish and Scott, leaving Tina in tears.
On Tuesday night, Tina was on the verge of getting dumped but was saved by Luca and Elma in the hopes she and Scott would continue their relationship. As Kaz, Montel and Nas were dumped in a savage triple dumping Tina made her way back to the villa. Scott then told the boys not to put any pressure on him, as they told him to ‘drop his barriers’.
Scott was then heard asking Tina ‘what more he could do’ claiming nothing had changed between the two and he hadn’t been off with her. He then clarified he didn’t tell Tina that he didn’t like her, just questioned whether she was the one. The pair then ended the conversation with a passionate kiss, but fans aren’t convinced of Scott's feelings towards Tina, and have ‘rumbled’ the reason why.
“Scott has the biggest commitment issues I’ve seen,” tweeted one fan, while another said: “My advice to Tina is to move on. Scott has stylishly told her he isn’t interested. I love the fact that don’t bring Tina back put pressure on him.”.
