Last summer, Cadbury fans were teased with a collaboration between the chocolate giant and the ‘best ever’ biscuit brand. Mondelēz International, which owns Cadbury, as well as Milka, shared the exciting news that they would be joining forces with Lotus Bakeries to develop ‘exciting new chocolate products’ in Europe. And now the first product from this pairing has been unveiled – a Biscoff Cadbury bar is launching ‘very soon’.

Uniting the creamy texture of Cadbury Dairy Milk with the caramelised crunch of Biscoff, the partnership is not only set to get mouths talking, but tastebuds watering too. Following this launch, which is thought to be coming in Spring in the UK, Milka and Biscoff items are also going to be available in Europe around the same time. Charlotte Parkes, Senior Brand Manager at Cadbury UK said: ‘The hype is real! Whilst we’re keeping quiet for the time being, there’s going to be another reason to look forward to spring, very soon!’.
While this is all the brand has officially shared so far, an image of the chocolate bar’s packaging has been shared on Instagram by @cadburyuk. The image was also posted by @newfoodspotteruk who claims the item will be sold in Tesco (although Cadbury hasn’t confirmed this). They hailed it ‘the collab of dreams’, and thousands of people agreed in the comments. ‘I’ll devour this,’ said @craigbashford.
Over on @cadburyuk, the account teased: ‘You’re going to love what’s coming’. ‘OMG need,’ proclaimed @purplehairedholly, as @xo.cassiep.xo wrote: ‘Omg omg omg!!’. Similarly, @polly_cro posted: ‘Can’t wait for this.’ And @tigered_91 commented: ‘Yes please I need ASAP.’. Others thought it was a ‘beautiful chocolate bar’, ‘so good’, and ‘unbelievable’. A spokesperson for Mondelēz International previously shared further details about other upcoming Biscoff products.
They told Metro: ‘Mondelēz International and Lotus Bakeries are excited to start working together to develop and market co-branded chocolate products in Europe, with potential options to expand into additional markets. ‘While specific formats are still in the early stages of development, we’re aiming to bring new innovations to the chocolate category that will surprise and delight consumers. ‘We expect the first co-branded Cadbury and Biscoff products to launch in the UK in early 2025, so do keep your eyes peeled for more news closer to the time!’.
