They are: Raynolph Asante, 22, of Hackney; Travis Mitchell, 22, of Hackney; Rhamyah Bailey-Edwards, 21, of Walthamstow, and Renaldo Roberts, 25, of Hackney.
At the start of the week, Detective Superintendent Vicky Tunstall of Central East Command Unit said officers would be making extra patrols in the area.
A fifth person has been charged with murder after a man was stabbed to death in east London, the Metropolitan Police have said.
Jason Romeo, 20, died after being found with knife wounds in Bodney Road, Hackney, at around 6pm on 18 February.
On Friday, Joshua Ogedengbe, 19, of Lewisham in southeast London will appear at Thames Magistrates Court charged with his murder.
