IT’S the time of year when fitness is at the forefront of our minds. I - along with most people I know - am starting to feel the effects of weeks of overindulging during the festive period. It’s the go-to workout for everyone from Sydney Sweeney to Kendall Jenner, and reformer Pilates has become increasingly popular among the rich, beautiful, and famous - and for good reason. Using a specialised machine called a reformer, which allows you to work isolated muscle groups, it’s one of the best exercises for improving flexibility and overall body conditioning - in other words, toning specific body parts, like the abs and bum.
