JANAINA Prazeres has been dubbed the 'most beautiful woman in the world', but has now opened up on the downsides of being so good looking. Not only is making friends a challenge, but the 35-year-old also got candid on how her good looks limit her job opportunities too.

Janaina confessed that her stunning looks are not natural but "paid for.". The influencer has spent over £760,000 on cosmetic procedures ranging from breast augmentations to butt fillers, Botox and buccal fat removal, and claimed that her beauty makes her feel "powerful.".

The content creator, who boasts 712,000 Instagram followers, has gone to extreme lengths to look beautiful, and has even had a controversial bee venom treatment for her skin. She told NeedToKnow: "My appearance is the result of significant investment and planning.

"Beauty isn’t just genetics – it’s dedication and investing in yourself. "I love feeling more beautiful and I always strive to keep my self-esteem high. That’s the secret to a better life. "If I can invest in it, I won't hold back, I believe there’s nothing wrong with paying for something that makes me feel powerful.".

The São Paulo native, previously voted the ‘Perfect Woman’ by Playboy due to her body’s proportions, admitted that her good looks often lead to objectification. She said: "Being too beautiful sometimes makes people view me as an object or a trophy.”.
