EastEnders’ Heather Peace has been thrilling soap fans with her storylines as of late but it’s her low-key love life that keeps her settled as her onscreen persona bathes in drama. Known for playing Eve Unwin in the BBC soap, Heather’s character faced death by poisoning in dramatic episodes that aired this New Year.
On her wedding day to Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal), vengeful ex-husband Nish (Navin Chowdhry) emerged from his secret underground hideout and poured a lethal substance into her drink. He subsequently tried to make Suki enter a suicide pact, and dragged her off the hotel balcony during an altercation with his eldest son Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara).
While things on set unravel, Heather’s homelife is a far cry from the tumultuous love saga she plays with during her day-to-day. The 49-year-old star married her partner Ellie Dickinson during a civil partnership ceremony in 2014 after dating each other for two years.
They share three daughters together – Annie Mary, born in April 2015, and twins Jessie and Lola, who they welcomed in June 2017. Deciding to keep most of her private life separate from her acting career and the spotlight it brought with it, the actress did offer a nod to her lover amid their wedding anniversary in 2022.
As she celebrated nine years with Ellie, she uploaded a collection of adorable snaps documenting their years as a couple. Featuring a plethora of wedding pictures, she penned a heartfelt message of adoration to her partner and the mother of her children.
