It’s your last chance to watch these major titles leaving Netflix this month

Every month, Netflix do a pesky spring clean of its titles, no doubt removing at least one or two from your watchlist. While it’s frustrating, the streaming giant has no choice as its vast range of series and films – unless it’s a Netflix original – are subject to licensing deals with the content’s studio.
This month, some of the greatest films, TV shows and documentaries are facing the cut, including Mamma Mia!, Bridget Jones’s Diary and Lovesick. You may have noticed some titles have already disappeared from the site, with many others soon to follow.
So, to make sure you don’t pop your popcorn, settle in and go to press play only to find the show or film you want to watch is gone, here’s a full list of what’s departing the streamer this month – and what’s already gone. On January 1, there were at least 25 films removed from the streamer, including fan faves like the Will Smith and Martin Lawrence-led 1995 hit Bad Boys and the Sally Hawkins romance-drama Maudie.
This month will also see Mamma Mia! disappear on January 7, making tonight the prime night to settle in and get your faux dose of Greek sunshine & Abba hits. While January 16 sees the departure of both Bridget Jones’s Diary and Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason. With the long-awaited fourth instalment, Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy, set to be released in cinemas on Valentine’s Day, it gives you just over 10 days to catch up on all things Bridget Jones.
