An insider spilled to Heat magazine that the 42-year-old is eager to get stuck in, especially with the knowledge that his brood will be in the public eye even more once the BBC airs 'Stacey and Joe'.
The source dished: "Joe wants to be more involved – they have a big family and they want to work together. They also know they'll be under scrutiny and the kids will become a lot more famous, but they all love being in front of the camera.". The mole also shed light on how Stacey, Loose Women's famous face at 35, is perceiving the upcoming venture. They said: "Stacey knows there will be criticism, but this is about the big picture... It's the ideal way for Stacey to be at home and still earn money to give them the best possible life.".
This gossip arrives not long after Stacey herself let slip that she almost called it quits with Joe following his rather awkward choice of location for his wedding proposal. During her stint on the entertaining BBC series Would I Lie To You, Stacey recounted the quirky tale of how Joe popped the question amidst the coronavirus pandemic.
Stacey shared a hilarious mix-up during one lockdown Christmas, revealing how Joe's romantic gesture nearly backfired. She recounted: "We went on a walk, and all these flowers were laid out. So I said, 'I think someone has passed'. He said, 'Let's go and have a look'," reports the Manchester Evening News.
