John Fury's demand for an apology from Darren Till over his behaviour that led to the Tommy Fury clash being cancelled has fallen on deaf ears. Till - a former UFC welterweight title challenger - was due to make his professional boxing debut against 'TNT' last weekend, but Fury pulled out of the clash after the Liverpudlian threatened to kick him in the head if he was losing the fight. Despite Fury's withdrawal, Till still made his debut in Manchester as he took on fellow former MMA fighter, Anthony Taylor.

From start to finish, 'The Gorilla' controlled proceedings and dropped his opponent multiple times before securing a devastating knockout in the sixth round. In the post-fight interview, Till opted to call out a number of boxing stars, including Fury. On Tuesday evening, the 32-year-old revealed that Fury Snr contacted a member of his team demanding a public apology. It's fair to say that the Liverpudlian was in no mood to roll over.

In a post uploaded to X - formerly known as Twitter - he wrote: "John Fury has rang a member of my team & informed us that he will only let Tommy fight me if I send a public apology to them. So I will say, I am sorry little John… Sorry that you’ve got a face like a bulldog chewing a wasp.".

As of yet, the Fury camp are yet to respond to Till's comments online. Prior to Tommy's withdrawal, the pair went face-to-face at a launch press conference in November. While the two boxing stars were fairly civil at the start, things started to get out of hand when Till revealed he'd kick his rival in the head.
