Podcaster Lily Allen has revealed her goals for 2025 and admitted she is ready to move on from being "wrapped up in myself". The singer split from her Stranger Things actor husband David Harbour last year, with news of their breakup coming after she was spotted on an exclusive dating app. She was also seen without her wedding ring last month, amid her confession she was "bored of men.".

Lily is yet to speak out on the split and appeared to fuel rumours even further on the latest episode of her podcast Miss Me?. She sat down with her friend and co-host Miquita Oliver and decided to open up on her 2025 intentions. "Firstly, I’m going to go and get my head straight for a bit," she candidly shared.

"I’m doing a little bit of work on myself in this beginning period of the year, then I’m going to do some more writing, then I’m going to do my play – hopefully get an album out by the end of the year." Lily went on to share her other 2025 goals, as she added: "I think I’m going to try and be less of a narcissist in 2025.

"I need to be more empathetic. I’ve been quite wrapped up in myself and victimhood lately and I’m ready to move on." Reports in December claimed Lily spotted with a profile on celebrity dating app, Raya. Her alleged bio read: "Looking for someone to start couples therapy with," while she also is said to have indicated that she is "visiting Los Angeles from New York ".

The lack of ring came after she confessed to have been struggling, and spending time away from her Stranger Things star husband. Lily and David co-parent Lily’s two daughters - Ethel Mary, 12, and Marnie Rose, 11 - alongside her ex-husband Sam Cooper. She previously admitted to meeting David on Raya. Speaking on The Jonathan Ross Show last year, Lily spoke of meeting David, who plays Jim Hopper in hit Netflix science fiction drama Stranger Things.
