WARNING: This article contains spoilers from Sweet Magnolias. Sweet Magnolias season four is almost ready to premiere so when exactly can fans expect the next outing to come out?. It's been over a year since we last saw the drama unfold in South Carolina. In the previous season, Dana Sue (Brooke Elliot) and Ronnie (Brandon Quinn) renewed their vows, Helen (Heather Headley) ended things with Ryan (Michael Shenefelt), and Maddie (JoAnna Garcia Swisher) was keen to deepen her relationship with Cal (Justin Bruening).

After being renewed just months after the third series, here's everything you need to know about Sweet Magnolias season four. The countdown is on for Sweet Magnolias season four, which will premiere on Thursday, February 6, on Netflix. Like previous seasons, the fourth instalment will consist of 10 episodes, all of which will be released at once. Returning to the cast as friends Maddie, Dana Sue and Helen are stars JoAnna Garcia Swisher, Brooke Elliot and Heather Headley.

Swisher, known for her roles in Reba and hosting the first season of The Ultimatum: Queer Love, Elliot, who starred in Drop Dead Diva, and Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Headley, who recently appeared on NBC's Chicago Med, are all set to reprise their roles. Sweet Magnolias season four features an array of familiar faces, including Grey's Anatomy actor Justin Bruening as Cal and American Pie's Chris Klein as Bill Townsend.

They're joined by The Fosters' Brandon Quinn, playing Ronnie, and Logan Allen from Stranger Things as Kyle. Jamie Lynn Spears, Britney's younger sister and actress in Zoey 101, returns as Noreen, a trusting neighbour. The new series is expected to continue where season three ended although few details have been disclosed. The series synopsis reveals: "It's a very Serenity holiday season as the Magnolias weather a tragedy, a town crisis and a fierce storm in the weeks from Halloween to Christmas.".
