EPIC Games is holding its advent calendar holiday event where PC gamers can pick up free games every day. Some of the highlights of 2024’s Epic advent calendar included award-winning indie gaming hits, such as Vampire Survivors, Dredge, and Sifu. However, there were also a number of triple-A and big-budget giveaways like Control, and Ghostrunner 2.
This year’s giveaway has been one of Epic Games’ biggest, and there are still more free games up for grabs. There are just hours left to grab another big-budget title, just a month ahead of the sequel’s launch. Kingdom Come: Deliverance was a huge hit when it launched in 2018, and was directed by the lead writer of the first two games in the Mafia series.
It’s a story-driven open-world RPG set in a mediaeval world where the different choices you make have an effect on the game’s story. Kingdom Come: Deliverance has been compared to the Witcher series, as both contain open-world combat and choices that change how the people in the world react to you.
It usually costs around £27 / $35, so players will be making big savings by picking it up today. The offer will end at 8am PT / 11am ET / 4pm GMT on Thursday, January 2, 2025, when another free game will be up for grabs. Kingdom Come: Deliverance is the last free daily game as part of the advent calendar and the next game is expected to be available for a week.
