However, on Instagram, Rita hinted her busy 2025 schedule may have made Masked Singer UK commitments an impossibility with her other projects. Referencing her hair care brand, the Poison popstar wrote: ‘What’s your 2025 plan? Mine’s @typebea and music and being apart of the coolest films and spending time with family and friends and making the most of every moment. You?’.

It was previously claimed by a source Rita – who is married to Hollywood director Taika Waititi – had left The Masked Singer UK due to a ‘huge film commitment’. In previous seasons, the booked and busy star has regularly been replaced by guest panellists, including the likes of Busted’s Charlie Simpson, for episodes she cannot attend.

Image Credit: Metro [BGUK_3096638 - Los Angeles, CA - Actress Jana Kramer and World Series baseball champ Bronson Arroyo were unveiled in a double elimination on the latest episode of The Masked Singer. This week was the Group C Peanuts themed finale, which saw two celebrities sent home and one through to the quarter finals. The show, which aired on Thanksgiving night in the US, kicked off with Rita Ora and Robin Thicke duetting on the Halls & Oates hit You Make My Dreams Come True as the ???Peanuts??? gang including Charlie Brown and Snoopy danced on the stage behind them. Then it was Strawberry Shortcake up first, performing I Hope You Dance by Lee Ann Womack. Next up was Royal Knight who sang the iconic Madonna hit Holiday. The last to take the stage was Sherlock Hound who performed Ho Hey by the Lumineers. After all three stars had performed it was time for the audience and the panel ??? Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy, Ken Jeong and Rita Ora - to vote and the first one to be sent home was Royal Knight. Thicke thought she was Busy Phillips, while Jeong believed it to be Kelly Ripa and Ora thought it was Anna Faris. But McCarthy was right when she guessed actress Jana Kramer. After she was unmasked, the One Tree Hill star said: ???My daughter loves the show, I love watching this with my kids, I actually cried when I found out I was going to be the knight as my husband always calls me his little warrior. It was amazing to be all armoured up and super tough as I???m just trying to be the best mum and best person I can be.??? Then it was time for Battle Royale between Strawberry Shortcake and Sherlock Hound and after singing Ed Sheeran???s Shivers the panel decided to send Sherlock Hound home. Thicke and Jeong both guessed he was baseball player Bronson Arroyo, McCarthy thought it was Creed???s Scott Stapp and Ora believed it was Hozier. After being unmasked and asked about his voice, Arroyo revealed: ???I picked it up when I was in the minor leagues with the Pirates, I started strumming the guitar around the camp fire and made a couple of records, but you know you gotta have something to grind on in life and when you???ve got done playing the game it feels nice to get on the stage with a full band and keep up with dudes that are way better than you.??? Host Nick Cannon then asked him which was harder ??? pitching or singing and Arroyo joked: ???That???s a tough question! It???s more nerve wracking on the stage that???s for sure.??? *BACKGRID DOES NOT CLAIM ANY COPYRIGHT OR LICENSE IN THE ATTACHED MATERIAL.
