Janette Manrara was supported by her husband Aljaž Škorjanec as they headed out in Leeds together on Friday evening. The It Takes Two host, 41, stepped out holding hands with the professonial dancer, 34, ahead of another Strictly Come Dancing live tour show. She cut a causal figure in grey leggings and a black and white graphic sweatshirt, before throwing on a Canada Goose padded coat. Janette seemed to be in high spirits as she wrapped up warm in a knitted beanie, elevating her height with a chunky pair of platform boots.
Aljaž looked equally stylish in black joggers, a grey hoodie and a button up varsity-style jacket. He accessorised with a black cap and toted around a shopping bag from Flannels that the couple had picked up during their outing. The duo looked loved-up as they climbed into a taxi together to head to the next live show, alongside the rest of the cast. It comes after Janette broke her social media silence after she was the subject of Wynne Evans' vile sex joke. The former professional dancer has yet to address the scandal, despite Wynne, 53, withdrawing from the Strictly live tour and apologising for his 'inappropriate actions.'.
Yet on Tuesday, the mother-of-one took to social media to reveal what she had been up to in recent days, explaining she had been enjoying having her mother Maritza come visit from Miami, Florida to help out with her daughter Lyra, 18 months. Alongside a slew of snaps of her family, she shared: 'This is a special post for my mother @stepby2designs who has really helped us out these past 2 weeks. 'It really does take a village and as a working parent, having her to be there for Lyra meant the world. I could not be doing shows and entertaining audiences if it was not for her coming and making sure Lyra was well and looked after.'.
Janette continued: 'It’s extra special as they do not get to spend time together and were really able to bond these past 2 weeks, with the surprise visit from her uncle (my brother @fizzymanrara) too!. 'My heart was full. Mom, I love you, I appreciate you, and I cannot wait to see you again soon.'. Maritza was quick to comment, penning: 'Love you more my princess,I have the time of my life with you, Aljaz and my princess Lyra, watching you and Aljaz shine on stage it was the best for me and Lyra enjoy so much❤️❤️ keep shinning and see you very soon, miss you already so much. [sic]'.

Janette's mother was quick to comment, telling her daughter to 'keep shining'. Janette's post came after The Mail On Sunday revealed last week that she had been the subject of a vile joke made by Strictly live contestant Wynne. Wynne was caught on film by The Mail on Sunday making a vile sexual comment about It Takes Two presenter Janette during a photocall to launch the tour.
The Welsh star, famed for playing a portly Italian opera singer in a string of insurance ads for Go Compare, confirmed his departure from the Strictly live tour in a grovelling statement. Janette's post comes after The Mail On Sunday revealed last week that she had been the subject of a vile joke. Wynne – the tenor known for the Go Compare ads and a BBC radio presenter – was recorded crudely suggesting a three-way sex session with presenter Janette, using the hugely demeaning term 'spit roast'.
In the MoS film, Wynne stands in the middle of a line-up of 20 celebrities and dancers as Janette, who hosts the TV spin-off Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two, is summoned to join them. As she approaches, Wynne warns her with a grin: 'Not too close to Jamie [Borthwick]!'. He then pulls a suggestive face at the actor, behind Janette's back, as she moves between them. It is at this point that Wynne makes his disgusting joke at her expense.
Seconds later, Aljaz, who was standing nearby, asks her: 'Darling, are you OK?' She replies curtly: 'Yep.'. Janette's spokesperson said the host had been 'unaware of this comment by Wynne' which was audible to our reporter filming with a mobile phone 20 yards away. In a social media statement, Wynne said: 'I've agreed with the BBC that I’ll take some time out from my radio show and the Strictly Live tour, as well as my other public commitments, to prioritise my wellbeing.
