Justyna Chlopecka, from adventure tour company WeRoad, gave us the lowdown on the destinations yet to be overrun by tourists, as well as the coolest new travel trend: astrotourism. ‘This year, we’ve seen a notable increase in bookings to destinations that offer a mix of adventure, culture, and relaxation,’ she said.
‘Morocco, with its rich history and winter sun, continues to captivate travellers, while the Nordics are a top choice for those chasing the magic of the Northern Lights or active itineraries.’. Further afield, Justyna said long-haul locations such as Vietnam and Sri Lanka are drawing huge numbers of British tourists, while the US remains popular for national parks.
