The Split Barcelona air date, cast and episode count as drama returns to BBC

WARNING: This article contains spoilers from The Split. The Split: Barcelona has almost landed on BBC One, but exactly when will it come out, and what’s going to happen?. It has been two years since family lawyer Hannah Defoe (played by Nicola Walker) and the rest of her family have been on the small screen but now the sisters are making a comeback in a sunnier climate.
The entire family will be there for a stunning wedding in a Catalonian vineyard, but whose wedding is it, and when is The Split: Barcelona going to premiere?. The Split: Barcelona will consist of two episodes. The first will air on Sunday, December 29, and the second will air the following day, Monday, December 30, both at 9 p.m. on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
The first three seasons are already available to stream via BBC iPlayer. Unforgotten star Nicola Walker is leading the way once again as Hannah Stern, with Stephen Mangan as Nathan and Annabel Scholey and Fiona Button as Hannah’s sisters Nina and Rose, respectively.
Deborah Findlay is back as Hannah’s mum Ruth, with Ian McElhinney as Professor Ronnie, Kobna Holdbrook-Smith as Glen Peters, Elizabeth Roberts as Liv Stern, and Alex Guersman as Gael. In addition to the expected main cast, Black Sails star Toby Stephens will portray the new character Archie Moore with hosts Alvaro and Valentina, respectively, portrayed by Manu Fullola and Romina Cocca.
