Tyson Fury failed in his bid to return to the pinnacle of heavyweight boxing - and stormed out of the ring in disgust. Oleksandr Usyk defended his WBA, WBO and WBC heavyweight titles in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, winning via unanimous decision with scores of 116-112 from all three judges. And as Usyk celebrated his victory in their rematch - seven months after their first meeting - Fury didn't hang around for the post-fight interviews.

The Gypsy King immediately left without doing his in-ring interviews, having been shown the judges scorecards. And Fury's promoter, Frank Warren, made his gross displeasure with the scoring crystal clear. “It’s impossible," said Warren of the scoring. “How did Tyson only get four rounds in this fight? Everyone across the front all thought the same way.”.

A seething Warren added: "It’s nuts. Did you only give him four rounds. Nuts. I don’t get it. Really disappointed with that. “I thought Tyson was in control. Thought he boxed extremely well. One judge didn’t give him any round from round six onwards. How can that be? Same with the other judge here. He gave him one round of the last six. It’s crazy. A nonsense.

"Oscar de le Hoya and I had him [Fury] winning by three or four rounds. What fight were they watching? You lose you lose, that’s fair enough. But come on. It’s nuts.”. Asked about what the future might hold for Fury, Warren said: “He’s very very disappointed. He thought he won it. Of course we are biased but I’m not stupid biased. I’d like to think I know what I’m looking at.
