Footballer Steven Gerrard's daughter is expecting a baby, and the father of her child comes from a very different family than her own. Yesterday evening (Sunday, December 5), social media influencer Lilly-Ella Gerrard announced the happy news of her first pregnancy to followers with a sweet Instagram post showing her scans arranged next to two positive tests, a journal, and a tiny pair of baby boots.
Showing enormous excitement, the 20-year-old wrote: "Our little secret. The best news... mini us is on the way." Meanwhile, proud granddad-to-be Steven, who is also father to Lexie, 18, Lourdes, 13, and Lio, eight, appeared pleased as punch, responding: "We can't wait. Congratulations, and we love you.".
While Lilly-Ella comes from sporting royalty, her partner, Lee Byrne, is the son of gangster Liam Byrne, who is currently serving a five-and-a-half-year prison sentence for a plot to stockpile machine guns. There is no suggestion that soon-to-be dad Lee or the Gerrard family are involved in any crime.
