People have been left baffled by a maths brainteaser which 80 percent of people cannot solve. The problem involves using all the grey matter which players have available to them. Yet only a small number of people can work it out. A tough question, it was asked during an episode of the 1% Club and was described as 'easy' before quizmaster Lee Mack delivered the question. He said: "Which hymn number would logically come next in this sequence." A series of numbers were then given and those taking part were asked to work out what the answer was. The numbers showed a series of three numbered hymns and competitors were asked to say which number came next.
The series read:. 259. 360. 471. 582. XXX. The tricky question left many players at home and in the studio, scratching their heads. But the answer was finally revealed when the clock counted down. Mack then said: "Ok let's see who got it right. Oh we've only lost one person let's look at the answer".
"693, the numbers in each column are sequential". Another brainteaser highlighted by The Mirror post on TikTok by trivia.motion shared a clip from the American version of The 1% Club, presented by funnyman Lee Mack in the UK. In it, host Patton Oswalt asked a question that only 10 percent of people can answer correctly.
