FORTNITE OG has just launched, and this time, it will be a pemanent mode rather than a mini-season in the Battle Royale game. The new mode comes with its own Battle Pass and promises to bring more of Fortnite's classic seasons down the road. Here's everything we know about the Fortnite OG Chapter 1 Season 1, its map, modes, Battle Pass, weapons and more.

Fortnite OG is launching with Chapter 1 Season 1, bringing back the Battle Royale map to its original state. Previously, the game relaunched the OG map last year for a limited time, and brought in almost 45million players. Once you join the new Fortnite OG mode, you can play the Solos, Squads, or Zero Build modes.

There is still no Ranked mode for Fortnite OG but this is coming soon. The brand-new Fortnite OG Battle Pass is also launching today, with plenty of new skins and other cosmetics to claim. Fortnite OG's Battle Pass will run until January 31, 2025, so players will have plenty of time to claim all rewards.

With 45 rewards on six pages, the OG Pass brings updated versions of classic cosmetics, including the Renegade Rebel outfit. The reimagined skin is part of the Return of the Renegade set and will unlock immediately upon purchase of the battle pass. Renegade Rebel also comes with versions for Lego Fortnite and and is usable in all other Fortnite modes, not just OG or Battle Royale.
