The body of Karen 'Reyna' Dunlap, 30, was discovered in a vacant house on Francis Avenue in Kinsman, Cleveland, local police confirmed to Cleve Scene.
Dunlap's mother Karen Jones posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, that her daughter 'didn't do drugs,' while Dunlap's sister Kira has opened a GoFundMe page to raise funds for funeral expenses and to hire a private investigator.
