It's been a chaotic few days in the Love Island villa with stars Scott Thomas and Ron Hall suddenly deciding to quit the ITV2 show - and now fans are convinced that there's another star who'll be following them out of the door. On Monday, Ron became the latest Love Island contestant to withdraw from the competition, with a source telling The Mirror: "Ron has left the villa. He feels he no longer wants to wait to see if he’ll find a connection with a new bombshell.".
His exit followed Sunday night's scenes which saw Scott Thomas bid farewell to his fellow Islanders after failing to find romance with Tina Innes. Gathering his co-stars around the villa firepit, he said: "I don’t want this to be sad because I’ve had the best time ever, but I've made the decision to leave and I think it’s the right time. I don’t want everyone to be sad, I’m in a good place about it.".
Amid the sudden exits, fans have taken to social media to comment on the news - with one fan predicting that Tina - or even Danielle Sellers - could be next after saying goodbye to Scott. "Everyone is dropping like flies...reckon it'll be Tina and Danielle walking next #loveisland," one fan said. Another viewer wrote: "How many times in her life will Tina be pied off?...Cos she's a good looking girl!! But never lucky in love! #loveisland #loveislandallstars.".
Many fans tweeted their shock at Ron's departure - particularly as star Catherine Agbaje has stayed in the villa since the show's launch despite struggling to find love. "Lol, fairs. You can't force what's not there," one viewer wrote. "Catherine, chile, you are the real one. You never thought of quitting even though you had no connection at the villa. Another wrote: "The way imma find a way to praise Catherine off this, because she stayed her a** put even though they were playing with her for almost three weeks #LoveIslandAll Stars #LoveIsland.". Meanwhile, one viewer pointed out that Ron and Scott's exits only show that romance isn't all about appearance.
