Just days before the ITV2 show's live final on Monday night, it was reported that Casey, 28, took a break from filming after sustaining a head injury in the villa.
Following the final, Casey told fans in a message: "Thank you EVERYONE for the support it honestly means the world and we're still in disbelief.
Casey and Gabby were named the latest All Stars winners by host Maya Jama in Monday's live final.
He shared in the caption that he had "hit" his head on a wardrobe in the villa whilst packing and then "passed out from all the blood".
