Silent Witness is back on BBC One and in Vanishing Point, Nikki Alexander (played by Emilia Fox) finds herself caught up in a crisis where a passenger on the plane she is travelling on comes down with a potentially deadly illness. While the team in London investigate a similar case in India, Nikki has no choice but to perform an autopsy while the passenger is still alive. The latest story welcomes back David Caves as Jack Hodgson and Maggie Steed as Harriet.
Francesca Mills also returns as newcomer Kit. Vanishing Point will continue to air with a second episode on Tuesday. The latest season is made up of 10 episodes, with the final story airing next week. Here is all you need to know about who is joining the cast for Vanishing Point.
Kashif Ghole graduated from Arts Ed in 2023 and he made his professional stage debut in Brown Boys Swim. He has also taken on a guest role in Casualty. Harvey Comerford grew up in West London and originally studied Theology before turning his attention to drama.
He has appeared in a number of short films including The Chair and What Sadie Saw. Georgia Jay is an English actress who has played Steph Miligan in Emmerdale since November 2024. In 2015 she took up the role of Jennifer in Lake Placid vs Anaconda and played Dianne Vickers in Giri/Haji.
Jo Hartley is a 52-year-old English actress who has appeared in This Is England and Eddie the Eagle. Her TV credits include After Life, Bliss and Bank of Dave. The star is from Greater Manchester and used to work in the aviation industry before turning her attention to acting.
